“Here’s why it’s three stars. It’s advertised as a 2700 pound ramp. That’s why I bought it. It’s actually three separate ramps. Middle is 1500 and the sides are 600 apiece. Sure that adds up to 2700 but they are separate not one unit so it’s not truly 2700 total. They need to be bolted and U bolted together in order to take the full weight they are rated for. They do not send the hardware to bolt them together. I bolted them together at the hinge and bought u bolts to make it one big ramp. The way they advertise it is wrong.”

“you send me the wrong item ,you send me short chains for trailer hitch and not my 3 ball hitch , i send you an e-mail , now you say you need pictures, sorry i dont know how to do that, I dont know how you dont know what you send me,”

“Everything was fine with the ramp. It was delivered in great condition and on time. The hand rails are another story. I heard from the warehouse once over a week ago and nothing since. Hope they come soon.”

“Good ramps for loading a snowblower on the truck. Could be a lot better with a lock to keep the hinged ramps from opening and a carrying handle would also be helpful. WEAR GLOVES when handling!!! Underside of ramps at the punch outs are razor-sharp and should have been deburred at assembly. There’s blood on the garage floor.”

“Very easy to set up and compact if you need to take it with you. Welds are very well done and finish is great. Have not used it yet, some flex in the middle but that was to be expected. Like the one year warranty!”
