“Ramp came with no instructions. Called Customer Service, was promised a call back but none came, One rivet had broken on inside of ramp. Ramp oscillates in up position.”

“It came damaged, a bolt was missing, the pin is too large for the hitch of my Toyota truck, and it’s been days and I cannot get a response from customer service to deal with any of these issues”
