“Carton extensively damaged with broken, missing and rusted component parts. I sent an email same day received to Titan and have yet to hear back. I will not accept the unit in the condition it is in! It needs to be picked up and replaced. Thanks.”

“Attempted to correct the shipping address at least 4 times, including service department which seemed unable to speak or understand the English language. Package was delivered to an incorrect address, in a completely different part of the country over 1100 miles away.”

We were able to locate your recent order with us and found the order was shipped within 48 hours of placing the order and shows delivered within our promised 5-7 business days. We hate to hear that FedEx delivered your order to the wrong address. “I was very disappointed the hitch pin size was non-standard (oversized) on an otherwise great product. I have three other devices/trailers I use with my hitch with and the carrier I purchased is the only thing I have ever seen with a bigger pin size.”
