“Although they don’t deliver to P.O. Box they did communicate to me they needed another address and when the shipment was late they communicated that promptly. Customer service was key in this purchase thank you for all you do in this hard time .”

“THE RAILS WERE NOT DELIVERED. THEY ARE ON BACKORDER. THEY WEREN'T WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER. 2 RAMPS WITHOUT RAILS WERE DELIVERED INSTEAD.WAITING FOR RAILS AND SOMEONE TO PICKUP THE EXTRA RAMP.”

“Paid for a new carrier but was sent someone’s return, bent, dented scratched, was partially put together, reflectors broken, had to drill hole for the quick release on the gate, would have returned but desperate for a means to get my husband to doctor appointments. You should be ashamed sending this out as new, I would appreciate if you could at least send me new reflectors, you really owe me money back!”

“If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service. Will not honor their warranty as stated on their website — supposedly all products have a 1-year warranty. The 10 foot ramp had a broken hinge upon unpackaging, was defective, I sent pictures, and they will not replace it in a timely manner or give me a refund. You get the runaround via email and on the phone.”

“5 stars is not an easy score to earn on a review from me. I look for exceptional communication in customer service attentive shipping communication and a quality product. Titan Ramps did all of that. Really easy ordering process, lightning fast shipping, well packaged on arrival, and a top quality product at a great price. No place to improve because expecting anything better would be ludicrous.”
