“No answer on office phone (very frustrating). Drove to warehouse in Northgate and spoke to o site storeman (very helpful) who explained office is closed due to flooding repairs and that I had to order online (I wanted to see the product first). Ordered and paid via smart phone. Then took possession of product. Great product at great price (comparable product at Clark Rubber was much more expensive). Use is for a back stop placed behind a archery target (e.g. an extra layer of protection).”

“First time ordering from VFM Group. I ordered a product which was out-of-stock and would take some time to come in from the supplier. VFM was really great about contacting to let me know the timeframes that they would receive the product from the supplier and offered an alternative which was in stock or simply a refund if the timeframes weren't suitable. I did need the product sooner so opted for the refund but will definitely be shopping with VFM again based on the superb customer service. Thank you guys for the excellent communication!”
