“Great service and support from the team at VFM”

“You were fine, your shipper Fastway also known as Aramex were appalling first declining to deliver to a legitimate address then claiming they’d returned the item to you. In the end I had to email Peter Kiplinski Aramex CEO to actually get my item and have the incorrect position taken by their customer services department put right. This circumstance added 7 days to the delivery cycle. The delay was not COVID related”
