“There was a problem with the FedEx delivery of one of my products so I contacted Titan Fitness customer service. I received an immediate response from their representative Sunshine Lumasag who was extremely helpful, quick to respond and professional throughout the entire process. Within moments I had a solution and a replacement product was shipped to me. I would gladly do business with Titan Fitness again. I am very impressed by the responsiveness of their customer service as well. Thanks again Sunshine!”
“The online ordering system was absolutely abysmal and cost myself, my company, and my client many lost hours and headaches. They fully cancelled an order without any explanation as to why. The whole time we were told to connect with sales and reorder, meanwhile the transaction was pending on our end through our bank. It was an absolute joke of service rendered. I went through three-four customer service representatives before I was connected to Michelle. If it was not for her persistence in uncovering what the issue was, there is absolutely no chance we would have fulfilled this order. Michelle did an astounding job with searching to find answers, and creating solutions. It is appalling to me that it took me contacting multiple times before connecting with someone who simply wanted to provide customer service. This was a large order and it was cancelled by Titan without any form of notification of this. Had I not logged into my account, who knows how ugly this could have been. The headaches and uprooting of my personal business to attend to this cost us a ton of time, money, and headaches. Although Michelle was amazing and able to uncover our order list, by which we were told by three-four individuals that there was no record of it, we will never return business to Titan. Michelle deserves all the credit for this order being fulfilled. Unfortunately, Titan makes great products but has an inherently atrocious ordering system and immediate lack of customer service. (Besides Michelle, as she is dedicated to actually helping and finding solutions.”

“Marj, Titan's representative, was wonderful. She resolved my problem (a missing angle bar that I had to order and pay for twice) and the company's problem of getting the missing angle bars back to company's shelves and to my son's home too. The company's computer on the first order would not accept Pennellville, NY as an address and it was sent off to Elmira, NY. The second time I ordered it, a real human being helped me and we were able to send it off to the proper address without using that computer. Marj was able to unravel this complication, sending the wrongly address angle bar back to her company and refunding my money for this. The second angle bar arrived at my son's house, a happy, satisfying ending! Thank you, Marj!”
