“Pros: The service was great. Called and emailed the staff and they kept me up to date with my order.\n\nCons: I ordered my ring the 4th and even paid an extra 80$ to get it shipped priority *** so I could get it on time.\nIt shipped out however the 12th due to delay at the factory.\nAnd it is now the 19th and I still have not received the ring I ordered. It's disappointing because I wasted money to get it quickly. If I knew this was going to be the case I would have shipped with the standard mailing.\nI am still waiting for my ring and I hope the wait was worth it. That will depend on the quality of the ring. \nStaying hopeful.”

“The ring was absolutely perfect great quality and the size was just right. On the website they stated to order a half a size smaller due to the comfort fit however I ordered the same size as another regular ring and it fit perfect. The only negative was that the tracking information for the package was sent late, they had attempted to deliver my package twice before I ever received the package delivery tracking information.”

“I am delighted to report that I have taken receipt of the 2 Edward Mirell Titanium bracelets. They can be descried in a single word as being "exquisite."\n\nI really do like the bracelet. It is not too wide as to overpower the wrist, and not too small as to be unnoticeable. The titanium contrasts very well against my friend's white skin and sits comfortably on our wrists.\n\nThe service from your family company has been seamless, intimate and memorable. “I was not at all impressed with this company. As a matter of fact they upset me very much. My fiancé picked one ring from their site and I ordered it for him, one that he really liked. A couple of days later I got a call from the company saying that they no longer carried that ring. They said we could either pick another ring or they could send us a refund. So we looked through the rings on the sight again and found another and ordered it. After 4 weeks and not receiving the ring or seeing any emails I emailed the company and they replied that they were having problems with the production of the ring and it would be ready in two more weeks. Two more weeks came and went and I still did not see the ring or get any emails on it. I had to email them again. My wedding date is on August 8th. After emailing them again I got another reply stating again that they were still having production problems and that the ring SHOULD be ready for shipping by August 1st and they would ship it next day air. My wedding date was closing in was being told me the ring "should be ready by August 1st"?! August first came and I was on the phone with them first thing. It was a Friday, they checked on it and told me finally that it was ready and they would ship it out. No Saturday delivery though, I had to wait until Monday. But I did receive the ring finally on that Monday. The only reason that I gave it one star even is because the ring is beautiful. But the stress that this company put me through from the very beginning with not having the ring my fiancé really wanted to not getting the second ring I ordered for over two months and the lack of communication from them made them receive a very poor rating from me. I do not recommend this company, I will never order from them again.”

“I ordered tungsten carbide ring in the classic design and it is fantastic. It is very shiny and fits perfectly. The comfort fit band is very comfortable to wear. I love the ring, you couldn't ask for better material and craftsmanship.”
