“The ring was absolutely perfect great quality and the size was just right. On the website they stated to order a half a size smaller due to the comfort fit however I ordered the same size as another regular ring and it fit perfect. The only negative was that the tracking information for the package was sent late, they had attempted to deliver my package twice before I ever received the package delivery tracking information.”

“The rings I ordered were better than the pictures. Absolutely delighted with the quality . Order was delayed due to out if stock items. A simple call to keep me informed of the statice of my order would have be appreciated.”

“I have already recommended you to others, everything is great with my ring with the exception of one part, the main body gets scratched, I was under impression the titanium is of high resistance to scratches, so this factor is below my expectations. The rest of aspects of having business with you were great like easy to find the right ring for myself, options, design and designers - was very happy to use your site.”

“Titanium Jewelry and Yates is excellent for me. They custom designed my wedding band two years ago. This new band for my wife this purchase is a beautiful piece. The employees I spoke with on the phone were excellent both times.\n\n\n”

“Order processing was simple. However it took too long to hear a status of my order - whether it was being shipped, back ordered, being packaged, etc. would have been 5 stars if I received email updates about the pending status prior to shipment. Between order placement and next status update was ~ 4-5 days.”

“The ring itself is gorgeous! Well done!\n\nThe only thing I can think of Is, it would have been nice to have gotten notification that the ring was available, then notification that it was shipped and on its way. All I could see was that it was on order.\n\nBeyond that, I love the ring!”

“Hi! The overall experience was good. But, the \nCustomer Service number is not working. I tried to call\nSeveral times and nothing. The live chat is not always\nAvailable, includind working hours. \n\nThe bracelet was exactly what i expected, but the\nNecklace is very small compared to the one showed\nOn the site.\n\nThanks for everything. I would recommend you to others.”

“They provide good service when you contact them. They are very responsive. The reason why I do not give 5 stars is because when I was tracking my package the track number changed. Gladly, the number was updated in the webpage. However it would have been nice to get this update. Still they gave an excellent service and they are very fast to respond clients inquiries :)”

“Delivery was extremely prompt and the item was just as promised. My only complaint was that initially during the ordering process, the website failed to give me an advertised discount. However after I reported the problem to a service rep., he corrected my order and I was satisfied.”

“When figuring out order difficulties, it would be nice if customer service called back when they said they would. My order needed the billing address sorted out and after calling about it, I needed to call back two hours later to make sure the information got to the necessary person rather than the promised 15 minutes. The customer service representatives were nice and professional, the problem was sorted out, and I received my order in a timely matter so this was overall a minor inconvenience.”

“Well I really love the bracelet. My concern is the clasp. It seems to come open easier each day & since it sits a lilttle higher than the links it catches on things easy. So I'm going to wear it the opposite way to prevent catching on things & see if it comes loose. If so I will have to return it in fear of loosing it. I'll keep you posted.”

“My ring is beautiful, however, I paid extra for what I thought was 2-day "have in hand". It was in fact 2-day delivery, so it was a week before the ring was available and THEN 2 days after that. I felt it was a little misleading.”
