“We are so pleased with the "Jolie" ring (.51 ct diamond). We wanted something simple and elegant- not in gold. We called with some questions and the service was wonderful. The ring was shipped almost the same day it was ordered and arrived packaged beautifully.”

“The rings arrived rather quickly, well within the 3 week maximum advised. They were absolutely gorgeous, and look even better than the pictures on the website. We order the wrong sizes because I goofed on the measurement, but the free resizing within 90 days (you only pay shipping) is a fantastic deal. The lifetime sizing, refinishing, and diamond replacement (for really small stones) programs really make you feel that this is a lifetime ring. For the cost, you can't beat the quality of the rings.”

“I did not know that a signature would be required for delivery until I received tracking info. I had to take half day off work to wait for package. :( The ring is beautiful and my husband is very pleased with it.”

“When figuring out order difficulties, it would be nice if customer service called back when they said they would. My order needed the billing address sorted out and after calling about it, I needed to call back two hours later to make sure the information got to the necessary person rather than the promised 15 minutes. The customer service representatives were nice and professional, the problem was sorted out, and I received my order in a timely matter so this was overall a minor inconvenience.”

“We have just received our rings and we are delighted with them, the pictures don't do them justice!!!\nThe order process was very easy to follow and very quick especially as we are in Scotland UK. I was kept up to date about when they were shipped and could track them if I wanted.\nWould definitely recommend to others, especially if you want a unique touch to your wedding.\nThank you again, we can't wait to show them off!!!”

“I have been wanting titanium cable jewelry for a long time, and with lower prices, I finally was able to afford something. I love the bracelet I purchased, and hope to \nadd to it in time.\n\nPlease make it clearer that packages must be signed for, when delivered; I would have used a different shipping address had I realized this...very lucky to catch the UPS guy, at his second attempt to deliver.”

“The only hiccup was making the order using my smart phone I could not get the 2 day shipping option and ended up calling which was fixed quickly. Other than that it was great communication to my questions and promptness of the order! We loved it and was a great addition to the wedding :)\n***”
