“I was very impressed with the customer service as well as the product. It came within the allotted time and everyone was so helpful with the questions we had. Being in Bermuda we don't have many options and my finance has larger fingers which limited our options even more - so it was fantastic that we could order online with our Bermuda card and have the item sent straight to us in Bermuda. Will definately be using them again and recommending them to others.”

“The ring we chose is absolutely beautiful. It is very practical since my husband is a welder. When the ring broke after wearing it for 11 months, the company was very pleasant and responsive in providing us with a new ring for only the cost of shipping and handling!”

“I ultimately returned the ring I bought because it was too thick for me to wear comfortably. However, it was exactly as advertised, it arrived quickly, and the return procedure was very easy. I thought it was a good value. I wonder if it would be possible to make the bottom and sides of the ring thinner so that it would be more comfortable to wear.”

There were professional in the expediate delivery of the product and also on the return/resize request. \nWhen I followed up on the timing of the delivery of the re-size they were informative and again professional.\n\nI would order again.”
