“The item is beautiful and as described, however the customer service needs help. I was charged for 1/2 day deliver and did not receive the item for 6 days. It was difficult finding what went wrong and not acceptable.”

“I love watching the jewellery auctions on TJC, even if I don’t buy anything, I still learn so much from the presenters and experts. Buying is easy and quick using the web, however the call centre are very efficient and helpful. The jewellery I have bought has been great quality and value and it’s such a delight to receive the beautifully packaged items.”
