“Received an email saying my goods were shipped and a date of arrival it never happened and I I didn’t receive my goods , they used the COVID testing app as an excuse , not happy at all”

“The website is clear and user friendly. I found what I wanted very quickly. The bracelet I bought, is beautiful and a good weight for the price. I had looked around other sites before trying TJC and there was no comparison to the deal I got with TJC. I am delighted with my purchase. Next time, I will at look TJC first.”

“I have been a customer for well over 10 years and in that time I have purchased some very expensive items of jewellery as well as cheaper items. I can honestly say that I do not buy from anywhere else , trust them completely. On occasions when I need to contact customer service they have been excellent as well.”
