“Lately items are of poor standard wrong items are sent, as a TJC Plus customer parcels are not arriving next day but 4 to 5 days or more .I am paying for a service that is not being given Having to return most things which works out expensive. if items are large or heavy”

“I recently sent two item back and have only been refunded for one .how can that happen when you fill in a return,s slip and it states both item numbers.£10.00 MAY NOT BE A LOT TO LOOSE TO YOU BUT I AM NOW A PENSIONER AND ON A LIMITED INCOME ,and ive phoned twice about it and still no action.totally rubbish service this time normally very good . Just how many crooks do you employ now.?”
