“The first purchase from the channel was a pair of diamond stud earrings for my daughter for £799 which she recently had valued at £3000. Every piece I've purchased has at least doubled in value.”

“Packages arriving opened and taped up, orders being split into many packages, orders saying they are returned to tjc when I haven’t even received them yet and customs charges for items coming from China wen I’m ordering from Uk site and paying postage to be delivered to ireland”

“I have been delighted with the majority of my purchases and the excellent service from TJC, particularly: beauty, jewellery and clothes. Recently, I was dissatisfied with an item and left a review saying why. I had a prompt written response to my review and an instant refund, even though I hadn’t requested it! I am a TJC Plus member, which is a fantastic add-on as it now appears to include a pre-paid label for returns. A minor suggestion for improvement is to make every product description detailed and crystal-clear. In addition, more information about exact sizing, fit and fabric composition of clothing would be invaluable.”
