“This is the second time when I have messaged with a problem no one has got back to me about the problem I ordered a kingsize comfort set but when it was delivered it was only a double sheet in it I also ordered a set of sheets and pillowcases in pink which I have not received I spent a lot of money with you and like the quality of the things I buy most of the time so not being replayed to when iv had a problem is unsatisfactory Amanda Hay”

“Every time I have problems ordering on line . I mention before. Nothing is done. I spoke with customer section they say that they cannot offer discount if I order on line.Soon I will give up ordering from TJC.”

“Disappointed with service - money was debited from my account way before delivery date. I had to ring 3 times and was told yes delivery in a few days but that did not materialize so cancelled the order in the end. I do understand some things have to be on advanced orders but what I do object to is the money being taken straight away - why cant TJC take the money say 3 days before? All customer care could say was it is coming soon!”

“As always it is a pleasure to deal with TJC always quick and easy. Although things are arriving late at present this is NOT down to TJC but we have a strike in our sorting office so everyday I get an email from Royal Mail explaining the deliveries will not be made.”

“Jewellery is really nice and of good quality from TJC. I have never had a bad experience even when I have had to return items, they always send a receipt to say they have received the item and then another email to say the refund is on its way. Good service.”
