I ordered a necklace and told it would be with me in two to three days, eight days later it arrived!! I then ordered earings to match and was sent the wrong ones!! I am now waiting for a return lable!! Not a happy bunny!!

I'm having trouble using my online ordering account, there seems to be a problem with my Lloyds Bank Mastercard and TJC, so if I need to order I have to phone which is not always easy to do. I wish you could resolve this problem so I can order freely online again? kind regards Charlotte Thompson

Totally disgusted that you run auctions whereby people legitimately bid and win said items which you then sell to others! Twice you were in breach of contract with me and the only explanation was a refund?? You're above the law apparently, don't waste your time bidding for days on end as some of the items clearly don't exist or perhaps they get a better price selling to an individual!

Never told me one item was out of stock - I just kept waiting and after asking where it was - was told it was out of stock and a refund would be given. Ordered another item in the same order and paid for quick delivery, but delivery was just standard. Not really happy as I’ve been a good customer.

Thx are very poor at getting back when there is a issue. I ordered a watch have not received it. They take there time when a quick discussion like other shopping channel's helps the customer. I do like Chloe and Mark. Oh also there was diamond black earrings which was 9-99 but the charged me a lot on a special event bad TJC. Still I am get money back on a lost male organiser I hope . All total could do more customer service.

I placed an order on Sunday evening paid the extra £6. 99 postage for 1-2 day delivery (so expecting delivery Wednesday), only to receive an email Wednesday saying it's only just been dispatched. I should of just had it on the ordinary delivery

Delivery time, takes too long, I joined tjc plus, so I could get my order quicker, as it advertised next day delivery, that has never happened

Agent mumbled and wasn't very helpful about order never dispatched. He was hard to understand. He processed a refund for item. Was on call for 25 mins and couldn't get more than a small discount code as compensation.

Disaster order.first one place d did not appear no trace o g order from india.'re ordered and have just received or after x mad-have been sent size 7 inch instead of 7.5 inches!!! ie white God and diamond bracelet

It said you can buy a ring and resize it but it doesn't mention that you can only resize it upwards Crazy if you ask me

I ordered and paid for a multicoloured freshwater pearl necklace on the 9/12/21 and I have still not received it. I also ordered and received a 9ct 20 inch chain which broke on the first wearing. I have never had problems like this before so I am hoping that it will be sorted out and IF it is I will edit my review.

Wrong sizes sent. Impossible communication. Missing orders. Wrong deliverys. Totally negative customer service ALSO have still to pay even if you don't get the order

I am still waiting for an item I ordered over a month ago. I had an email about a discrepancy. I answered that email I also received a phone call from one of your staff, l clarified the situation with him he said everything was fine and the order would go ahead I've heard nothing since. I can't even remember the name of the he item but it was an under eye massager to reduce puffiness. It was on offer for about 200.00.
