“I have had to make 3 phone calls each over 39 mins. regarding a delivery, the delivery note says 2 items included in package whereas only one item included. Not happy with service at all.”

“Easy to order, products are good value,communications are sent at each stage of the purchase.Only complaint is delivery charges can seem excessive especially as they add up with multiple items whivh could be covered in same delivery cost and packaging. Wife has been happy with all purchas es to date, thank you.”

“This jewellery channel is so enjoyable to watch live on the television and also when you are browsing on line.They have a great and varied selection of very good jewellery in all different types,gold silver etc and they are very reasonably priced to suit practically every pocket.i started my silver bracelet collection from buying on here and now i buy rings and necklaces to match.Everything is sent out very well packaged too but the only gripe i have is i would love more free postage weekends,permanent 5 easy budget payments on everything and a few more boho festival type of silver for younger customers like my daughter.well im just about to browse the on line channel now to look for a bracelet for christmas..It's a 10 from me!”
