“The jewellery is beautiful but shame about packaging. The earings were posted in cardboard envelope shaped packaging and earinng posts were bent. Very disappointed its happened second time.”

“Very difficult to get answers to questions once order placed. Also no email delivery updates on item ordered as stated in confirmation of order and item discounted by £200 the day after I ordered it and still not received after a week.”

“What can I say...Exellent!!!. I have got to say that, they only sell top quality items here. Ordered from yourselves and, have come up trumps everytime. Cannot keep away from the site at all. From start to finish the, experiance of shopping here is pleasurable all around your site. There is something for everyone to enjoy. I have had no qualms from TJC what so ever. “Only once have I had a bad item from TJC and I have bought a. lot over the years,the call centre staff are always polite and very helpful. They also use the Royal Mail for most parcels apart from large items.I will carry on buying from TJC as their prices are unmatched.”
