“as a 76 year old oap, i am expected to carry two heavy full sized fans to the post office, which is half a mile away, when the fans are being returned because they are faulty. I cannot do this so have to keep two faulty fans because tjc will not get them collected. Disgusted.”

“I had an issue as a package hasnt arrived. I like the chat function on the computer to talk to customer services, as it is quick and convenient. The staff are nice and appear to be trying to help. However I ordered my items 10 days ago, and they still havent come.”

“Overall a very good service. I would have given 5 stars except for an incident about two years ago. I ordered a silver bracelet and when the box arrived it was empty apart from the invoice. I tried to phone customer services, but I couldn’t get through. I emailed and got repeated replies saying the incident was resolved, but it wasn’t. In the end I gave up and, as the bracelet was only £9.99, I decided to let it go. I didn’t order for a while, but was tempted back!”
