I am still waiting for Smart watch despite being told it would be sent to me 4 days ago as yet nothing however TJC has had payment 3 weeks ago, I’m NOT impressed . I would be grateful if someone within TJC would inform me where my Watch is

I rang to order and item and was pushed to get TJC+ and told the item would be delivered the day after. It wasn't so I rang to check and was told it would be dispatched Tuesday and delivered Wednesday. I got the tjc+ which I didn't really want and still not received the ring that I ordered. Poor service in my opinion.

Usually the quality of the jewellery is good. However the tanzanite ring I bought was lightweight and the diamond surround had no sparkle. I was super disappointed.

I paid for next day delivery,it was easter so I gave it some leeway,after 5 days I phoned and was told as it was a close out deal it would take longer no one had told me this. I then asked for my delivery money back and was told to phone when it arrived the man who spoke to me was quite rude wouldn’t give his name when I asked although he was Irish,certainly put me off a company I have many dealings with and I will be informing my friends.

When Amit was there,the jewellery was of a much better quality and they just sold jewellery.Nowadays it is no better than a market stall selling very low quality tat basically.Their handbags are polyurethane laughingly referred to as “vegan leather “,lol.Their jewellery is mass produced in India and of dubious quality usually.They sell enormous quantities of low grade I3 clarity diamond jewellery which any high street jewellers wouldn’t dream of stocking because nobody would consider buying it.They have also disgustingly profiteered off of the pandemic by selling masks and sanitisers at hugely inflated prices.I now consider myself lucky that I bought something expensive when Amit was in charge and received it.However I did have an issue which was totally ignored.I received a standard email response last week,after two and a half years!My advice to anyone thinking they will get a bargain,you won’t.You would be much better off buying secondhand from a more reliable platform,ie,eBay.At least there you can get a rapid refund.Avoid,avoid,avoid!

They were selling heated gillets, very recently ,,,vast numbers were sold ,,,and presenter state you buy the heat packs separate, ,,,,and yet the gillets numbers outwayed the number of heat packs of which you charge up ,plug in to jacket , so which such limited packs ,,,the jackets were just gillets, ,hundreds of people missed out on the packs ,and the gillets were not cheap ,,,disgusting

This has taken an age to get to me, when it arrived very disappointed with the quality, ring is very thin and bends, the earrings posts are bent,, the butterflies would not fit them properly, first and last time I will be ordering from this channel, looks great under the studio lights, but quality is very poor, would be better off getting costume jewellery.

The quality of the items purchased has gone totally downhill plus the items on offer nowadays look like cheap tat that's out of a Christmas crackers! Used to sell beautiful pieces if jewellery but not impressed at some of the items on offer nowadays. Postage is way too high too!

Bought a Rachel Galley pendant in January this year, only worn a handful of times and most of the gold overlay has all but rubbed off, some parts are nopw completely silver. Spoke to customer services and they said it was my fault probably down to my wearing perfume or moisturiser!. I only wore it long line over clothing!!!! They said I could send it back for re overlay but I would have to pay. Would I buy Rachel Galley designer jewellery again, deifintely NOT

I have been a Jewellery Channel customer since 2007 and have bought across the ranges, from expensive, high-end products right down to the cheap items. In my personal experience, the high-end products are excellent and the cheap items are, well...cheap and often poor quality. But what REALLY REALLY annoys me is the constant claims that items will be with purchasers within "3-5 working days" on the Standard Delivery option. This has consistently proved to be sheer fantasy - at the moment I'm desperately waiting for an item I ordered on the 13th - it still hasn't even been dispatched and today is the 17th, i.e. already 4 working days and it's still sitting in the warehouse. I have queried this twice with the customer service department, who simply stated that it's "on standard delivery" - so I won't hold my breath then.... The only other way round this problem seems to be by using the Fast Track delivery option, charged at £10.00 and quite often that proves to be not as fast as is claimed. When is TJC going to fix this problem??????????
