“All good but I think the time in which to return (with tags on) should be longer than 30 days (as per your competitor) to 60 days. Otherwise good service”

“Very bad customer service, every time you ring to follow up on an order that’s incorrect or a refund that hasn’t been refunded you end up talking to someone different and fobbed off.Channel should be shut down.”

“Normally I find the company really good. However recently things have gone downhill. Two of the items I bought and paid for were not sent even though they are still being sold on the website. Parcels have gone missing, etc. I hope they can improve and get back to the company I used to love dealing with.”

“Very helpful when I called because I had put the wrong size on order. Delivery took longer than I expected it to after paying for delivery within 1/2 days but on the whole very pleased with them.”

“Happy with my 1st order but did not receive my 2nd order. When called to find out what has happened, without confirming with me was told refund on its way, I told the guy I want the item not a refund. He said I can re order but not for the sale offer price. No apologic offer at least. I was really looking forward to my order as it would have been my daughters birthday present. Shame TJC was not able to do much.”
