“Ordered earrings for a birthday gift . The item was showing as in stock . Payment was taken straight away . Waited over a week for no delivery . When I rang to check delivery date I was told the item was out of stock . So I asked why my payment was taken if the item wasn't available i was I told I could re-order when it was back in stock . NO MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR AVAILABLE TO TAKE MY COMPLAINT ! I have been a regular customer for 15 years but won't be anymore . Extremely poor service”

“Ordered a ring the last one in stock and it needed resizing I called up to arrange this after placing order and was told that it would be free no charge for resizing! Now I'm being asked to pay£20 extra for this!”

“This is my third review and mainly everything about the same great service great offers fast delivery shows great to watch just one thing I have a little problem with is the P&P I think it’s way to much mostly when it’s jewellery as I can post jewellery with insurance and only pay 99 pence but otherwise love TJC”

“I have been shopping from tjc for several years now, both jewellery and other items. The quality is always so good and it’s quick and easy to order. The jewellery is beautiful and there are some unusual pieces. I would recommend to anybody and the presenters are excellent 👍”
