“I love the channel and the dynamics of the various presenters. I have had a few issues with Customer services, which after several months have been resolved. I also would , as I am sure many others would, like a cheaper way to return, jewellery or small packages.”

“The rating would have been 5 stars,but I have found since the introduction of TJC plus,the customers who do not subscribe to it are treated as second class citizens,on many occasions you have not dispatched my order for 3 to 4 days. Your staff are amazing and are always giving superb customer service......”

“Overall jewellery & other items very good prices and quality. There are so many lovey gems to choose from. The only problem I experienced was jewellery going missing in transit but customer service dealt with problem efficiently.”

“Delivery has been good. Have bought some super things, Leighton Denny items, beautiful cocktail ring. Been disappointed in size of earrings. They have been rather small. Good bargain on boots. Have to say some hits and some misses.”

“TJC came through in the end. My first order was a failure but after a long call with the service centre they did eventually give me a refund immediately, for which i am very pleased. My “replacement” order was delivered quickly and efficiently- which, in the past, has always been the case. So I am pleased my faith in their service was upheld.”

“They are pretty good have had one problem when we took a diamond ring into be valued the jewellery shop valuer didn't recon the 14k white gold diamond ring wasn't worth the money we paid for it but the wife liked the ring in any case but won't be buy such an expensive ring off them again cost £899 valued less than £400 but usually pretty good”
