On placing order for a ring valued at £1000, the customer services were not aware of the free resizing that the presenter was offering. The cust serv respondent asked me to verify my claim with a screen shot, but this was not possible as I ordered when the show was on TV & by time your cust service asked for this information, the programme had finished (it finished a full 24hrs before this request) Maybe the cust service dept should be made aware of what the shows are offering?

Items not received with no explanation given by TJC. Telephoned three times and one month after order eventually told after phoning again that a refund was being processed but no reason given. Item which has been returned to you has not been acknowledged so I don't know if you have received it. Pretty poor service and I feel sorry for your telephone operators. Shortage of staff is no excuse - everybody is busy at Christmas and most companies take on temporary staff in good time for Christmas. Why am I paying for TJC Plus when you can't deliver the service?

On 14/11/21 I ordered 5 items. So far only 2 have arrived. I know you have been experiencing some problems with sending items but this is poor service. Could someone look into this. Thank you

I still haven’t received an item I ordered at the end of October. I have contacted TJC twice before and was told it was being sent, but I still haven’t received it. I have today requested a refund and wonder whether I will receive that!

Had to make 4 calls and speak to 4 different people to get my problem solved. The first one didn't know her a..e from her elbow and would have been better employed at McDonalds. The last one was very knowledgeable and helpful and sorted it in minutes.

Bought a ring not cheap it had to be sent off to be resized was told contradictory information continually. Like when it wi be finished and returned. After many many emails and after speaking to 6 or 7 agents and after 6 dates went by I had to get a independent company involved to get a fair response as I'd waited over 3 mnts I received the ring back no apology no compensation nice ring but poor customer service

Bought over £200 within the last two months . I was astonished to see I had been charged £40, £3.99 per item when on the day I bought this items nothing was mentioned all day about having to pay for warranty of £3.99 per item. It was the pre Christmas special, everything under £20. When I finally received all the items (3 deliveries in total) I rang complaints to say why was the fact that warranty charge was never once mentioned . Was offered £10. Which I refused and asked to speak to someone higher. Never rang me back so rang again and young lady apologies and said I would be contacted. Yet again not! Have spent over the years thousands of pounds and am so disappointed with the aftercare I have received. NONE.

The problem with Tjc is that dey donth puth the weith of Gold items on the scrine of the television ,,and the dispatcer department dont take care ,, ites of Gold arrive in a see true plastick bag ,and arrive squoshth or broken Tjc it is no longer wath it youst bee years ago ,,sorry

My latest experiences of the channel have gone down in my estimations across the board , I tend not to watch anymore n don’t but much anymore , on pitching n expensive diamond necklace 599.00, it had a broken clasp , contacted them for a returns slip to have it fixed as no more in stock , but got mucked about for two weeks so changed my mind n sent bk for a refund n made it quite clear on returns slip, completely ignored n sent it off to there in house jewellers, wen I followed up wiv a call wrn received bk I was told that it was to late it had be sent off n it wud be sent out to me n I cudnt change my mind Althou in the 30 days, wiv tag attached , even had the nerve to send me bk original returns slip that clearly stated refund changed my mind , very quick to take money from account , took money Althou I’d cancelled the £7.99 monthly thing n called up serveral times , just got ignored n took a lot of calls to demand my money bk, never offered n apology had to almost demand it n never got a voucher as by way of a gesture - nothing - so I’m not sure if I’ll be purchasing much next year … at all

I have had to make 3 phone calls each over 39 mins. regarding a delivery, the delivery note says 2 items included in package whereas only one item included. Not happy with service at all.

The product was supposed to be delivered 5-7 working days but it didn't arrive and it was 10 days before I received an email saying there was a problem. The automated messages kept saying the product would be dispatched within 48 hours yet it wasn't. And no more communication about why the problem and when it had been resolved. When I rang Customer services they were eventually able to give me updates. And when the item arrived one piece wasn't working and I couldn't contact the sellers to find out how to make it work.

I currently have an ongoing complaint with TJC as they sent a 16 inch chain, instead of a 24 inch chain I purchased. Am waiting for this to be resolved!
