“I am very pleased with each item i have received from TJC. If I need to contact Customer Service the staff are always very helpful. I always thought TJC was just a jewellery programme until watching the Apprentice one evening. Sir Alan Sugar had sent some of his contestants to sell items on the T V Programme, I then found out that TJC have a wide variety of items. Since then I have purchased many items and have always been very satisfied with my purchases.”

“There isn’t a zero unfortunately. It’s been over a month since I placed my order, after waiting nearly two weeks for delivery, I was sent wrong item, then had to wait one week for a return label, then over a week an email was sent to say item received and they will be refunding. Called customer services again (4th time now), they now have no stock of the necklace that’s why they are refunding. I ordered this necklace for my Daughters birthday, and was told it would be replaced, I could have gone elsewhere to get a necklace and my Daughter could have had her present on time. Wouldn’t recommend them at all, they don’t call you back either when they promise to”
