“Products purchased absolutely fine, however with regards to discounts/extra savings these never appeared on my purchases despite given codes . Each item's discount was rejected. Supposed to have received a £20 voucher but this never materialised either.”

“Most jewellery I have purchased has been great and good value for money, but I bought 2 pair if earrings, one pair is a decent size, but the opal ones are very very small, far too small for an adult. They didnt look that small on the website.”
