I am very very Happy with the customer service I always receive. From your live chat with Customer Support Agent 's . And the items that are very sturdy built like the Rolson Brand Hand Fork made from Carbon Steel and Wilson Rolson Brand Trowel.the price is also very affordable at £4.99 pence. I also want to give 5 Stars to my King Size bed 5 Zone 2 in 1 Hybrid Mattress Topper with Shungite Infused Memory Foam & Down Alternative. £89.99 pence Date purchased was 11/09/2020

The necklace and gem I purchased was as expected but the chain was a disappointment. I was confused by the delivery cost and lost out on a free delivery.

Customer care sucks big time.. Tjc dropped dpd, did NOT tell me or other customers. I'm left with returns i can't return including large,even faulty items &my money paid out for goods that whatever reason i did NOT need or want! I spent hrs on the phone trying to sort this go pushed from pillar to post & NO joy. All they need to do is come up with an option tha Thanks for NOTHING Tjc!!!!

Quite disappointed over the last few weeks as being a PLUS CUSTOMER and being told from the beginning of joining several mths ago that it's a quick next day delivery for the last several months none of my purchases have come the next day or in fact waited more than a week. Not happy.

I had ordered some items for my sons wedding. It didn’t arrive on time and still hasn’t. It will be returned. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.

It is very good but I would like to say when I place order I do not always take the order number down because u send me email but recently I have placed a few orders and no email and when I don't receive the order I phone and ur customer service have no knowledge of the order order wise all is very good thnk u Mrs Kathleen Flaherty

My third transaction. Possibly because it was cheap costume jewellery, the ring was not as well packaged and presented. Having said that, superb ring. tjc is truly amazing for the price. Looks expensive and the skill/workmanship is exquisite.

After having 2 items of jewellery delayed after being emailed they were shipped and payment was taken the items were not shipped as stated. 1 item was shipped 3weeks after email and 2 item told investigating now told item been lost !
