“The Quality of the jewellery I have purchased is outstanding and I am very pleased, thus far. Very slight hiccup on my latest purchase (when I needed a ring to be re-sized) However, I'm hoping this will be quickly forgotten when it's been resized and is fitting perfectly.”

“On the whole not a bad company to deal with. Yes I have had issues but generally sorted out yo my satisfaction. What I dont like is CS is only available during certain times of the day. But broadcast goes on 24/7 and cannot easily get through to CS when you want them. I suggest LONGER CS hours and more operatives during busy times.”

“Always a joy to shop with TJC .Plenty of choice good prices lovely jewellery .The only down side is customer service as it seems to take an age to get through on the phone around 10 mins plus, some times as much as 20 mins .This i think could do with looking at .”

“TJC has become my favourite shopping channel 😁 I’ve given it a four star as delivery seems slower even with the new TJC plus. Eg. I ordered items on Sunday and they haven’t been posted out yet! It’s now Wednesday. It might be due to staffing. Re. Covid. Other than that I’m very pleased with the variety TJC offers, especially the jewellery 😉”

“I started buying in January and was delighted with my purchases and the service however, just lately I have had to make a couple of complaints which I feel we’re not dealt with properly and the standard of jewellery is not up to scratch”
