“Although I am awaiting the arrival of my purchases. So far all my dealings with the company have been excellent. Only one criticism ,when sorting the payment and you have a discount code to apply I could boffins the box etc to add it.”

“Terrible customer service. I repeated asked for my complaint to be handed on to a manager and asked for a managers name only for my request to be ignored over and over again. I sent over 20 emails regarding my complaint and received vague responses not answering my complaint finally leading to offers of vouchers, none of which were accepted on the website. When it goes well with TJC its good but when something is wrong they are terrible.”

“I'm having trouble using my online ordering account, there seems to be a problem with my Lloyds Bank Mastercard and TJC, so if I need to order I have to phone which is not always easy to do. I wish you could resolve this problem so I can order freely online again? kind regards Charlotte Thompson”
