“Always a speedy delivery, Items have all been good quality. Have never had a problem with any items so can't comment on customer service. (Which I would say was a good thing )”

“The customer service agents are not trustworthy especially’BEN’ who robbed me of my refund saying I’d returned the free earrings and kept the £9.99 ones, completely unscrupulous!”

“Items delivered quickly no pick Sheet. There was an item missing. My Granddaughters hair clips. 1 item to be Refunded although they are still selling on the auction site. Must admit no way up to their usual standard.”

“I love TJC! I have bought some beautiful pieces from them for a fraction of what they would cost elsewhere. I haven't had many occasions to complain/send items back etc, but the few times I have it has been handled quickly and efficiently. I love TJC but my bank account doesn't!”
