“I purchased four rings a week ago, paid immediately and they have still not been despatched. I have contacted customer service who could tell me no more than l already knew, not happy with this delay with no end date, very poor service.”

“Deliveries on TJC+ at the moment are totally different from the promises, taking in the most part anywhere between one and three weeks. What other customers might not be aware of is, if the monthly charge of £7.99 is set up online, then this amount is automatically added to your credit/debit card on a monthly basis, a fact which the customer is not made aware, sharp practice TJC.”

“Ordering is easy, delivery is good but when you have to contact customer service they can't help and promise that someone with authority will ring you and sort it out but they never do”
