“I would give it 5 out of 5 .The service is the best I have ever had from any company .They kept me informed of my order till I received it and it was always a very short time to wait for it .On the very few occastions I have had to phone customer services they have been extremely helpful. and polite . I have bought all sorts of things frpm them and I have never been disappointed or had to return anything .Long may you continue with your good service.”

“Great products. It’s lovely to see what you are buying being demonstrated and know the items are in stock and will be delivered promptly. Just wish you could try on earrings as you can on other shopping channels. It’s impossible to see how they look in the packets so tightly sealed.”

“I enjoy watching and buying from Tjc but just recently twice the item I purchased was reduced by £50.00 so in total tjc are going to arrange a refund but only when I have finished buying the item in full. So that’s October”

“I love TJC but wish they would not pack 3D jewellery into flat pack envelopes. I have had a pair of earrings with a post bent and a bracelet with two links bent. However TJC soon sorted out the problem.”

“I have bought a lot from TJC but some of the earings have been a let down, they look bigger on the TV and when they come you can hardly see them they are so small. So they have been put aside for the charity shop.”

“The only thing I would say the tjc Plus that you pay for next day delivery does not happen I still wait 3 days or more”
