“I love TJC but wish they would not pack 3D jewellery into flat pack envelopes. I have had a pair of earrings with a post bent and a bracelet with two links bent. However TJC soon sorted out the problem.”

“I have bought a lot from TJC but some of the earings have been a let down, they look bigger on the TV and when they come you can hardly see them they are so small. So they have been put aside for the charity shop.”

“The colour of the ring was spot on, bright perfect orange, just what I had wanted and the stone was beautiful. However I had ordered a large size and although the size was right, unfortunately the actual silver band was very very thin and had in my opinion been a smaller size ring that had been made bigger, to big. The band will bend and break easily. I don't want to return the ring as I love the stone and I will need to get the band redone.”

“Quite disappointed over the last few weeks as being a PLUS CUSTOMER and being told from the beginning of joining several mths ago that it's a quick next day delivery for the last several months none of my purchases have come the next day or in fact waited more than a week. Not happy.”

“My third transaction. Possibly because it was cheap costume jewellery, the ring was not as well packaged and presented. Having said that, superb ring. tjc is truly amazing for the price. Looks expensive and the skill/workmanship is exquisite.”

“Overall a very good service. I would have given 5 stars except for an incident about two years ago. I ordered a silver bracelet and when the box arrived it was empty apart from the invoice. I tried to phone customer services, but I couldn’t get through. I emailed and got repeated replies saying the incident was resolved, but it wasn’t. In the end I gave up and, as the bracelet was only £9.99, I decided to let it go. I didn’t order for a while, but was tempted back!”
