“Shopped with TJC now for many years but recently the quality and price of their clothing is just fabulous! I have never had a problem with delivery, despite problems with the 3 - 5 days delivery, they always do their best to get it to you ASAP. Their gold prices are really good value too. I have bought many pieces over the years and never had any issues. Sending back has become much easier as well, and refunds are always speedy with absolutely no quibble about why the item is sent back.”

“I enjoy watching the different kinds of jewellery .the way that clothes are modelled . It’s so helpful how you can pay 3 payments without any added extra . But most of all I enjoy watching the presenters .they make me laugh .”

“On receiving two items in one envelope I phoned to ask why I had to pay two lots of post and packing. The man on the phone did not answer my question but went on about putting your charge up to 7.99 for postage, if that was the case I'm afraid I would stop shopping with you. So far I have loved most of the items I have purchased”

“Two months after ordering a bracelet that hasn't arrived I still have to keep calling Customer Services who are doing everything to avoid the issue. Nobody takes responsibility and I am fobbed off at every point .”

“I have been collecting diamonds for years and only buy from TJC. no one can beat their prices for top scale diamonds, I’ve also bought tons of bedding , beauty products and other jewellery pieces, let’s just say it, you can’t beat TJC for top quality at a good price full stop.”
