“I have received some items recently which were not as described on TV so I have phoned customer services for a pre paid returns label because I was not going to pay to return defective items. There was no argument and the labels arrived very quickly.”

“On the whole not a bad company to deal with. Yes I have had issues but generally sorted out yo my satisfaction. What I dont like is CS is only available during certain times of the day. But broadcast goes on 24/7 and cannot easily get through to CS when you want them. I suggest LONGER CS hours and more operatives during busy times.”

“Very happy overall with TJC. Good quality products received very quickly in the mail. Although most of the orders received are spot on the only criticism is that on 4 separate occasions I have received a different ring size than the one ordered. I think if the product pickers can get this right, I would give TJC a perfect rating.”

“Have shopped many times with TJC. The only thing i sent back was processed quickly, no problem. They sell a wide range of things . I think the silk kaftan and cashmere poncho are my favourite. My family loved the gift purses I gave them and the jewellery is lovely”
