“Sometimes the item is obscured by the presenter while they rabbit on giving no relevant information. I turn onto the website at this point. However I am happy and have ordered about 10 items and had no issues”

“The telephone sales person seemed inexperienced. I could not understand her very well, as she spoke at 100 words a minute, so that was not a promising start, but we got there in the end!!! The item was delivered in 5 days, but not as nice as I hoped. Thank you Marie Purtill”
