“I think it is a long wait for delivery and when you buy 2 items of the same and you are charged 2 p&p and they arrive in one package I think that is so wrong”

“My mum is having chemotherapy for stage 4 cancer and I paid for the next day delivery service as I need the stuff urgently. The invoice said that the items were to be delivered in 10 days. I had to beg customer services to look into it. The items arrived within a few days but it was not great having to chase them. The items were however great so it was a real shame.”

“I recently had an issue with a missing item unfortunately it couldn't be found which wasn't the fault of TJC but the carrier. Had to have a refund as the item was no longer available. They did everything that they could & were very apologetic.”
