“I am new to this wanted to purchase the magic touch at 9.99 waited on the phone for three quarters of a hour.No agent answered my call gave up in the end .I don't do ordering on mobile as I am 80 years old .There are lots of things that come up in the morning but If I have to wait that long I won't bother I wanted to order this really upset not getting through as I bid on this direct when it came up”

“After shopping with tjc for a few years unfortunately their products became very poor in quality in fact worse than the Chinese rubbish you can get. I gave feedback on this and got sent a small amount in a gift voucher which was a good idea from them in enticing my custom again but unfortunately this was destroyed by their customer support when after buying a couple of things again although free delivery was offered I just couldn’t checkout and was forced to pay delivery, when I questioned why I was clearly offered free delivery why in the end did I have to pay, their response was pretty poor and abrupt, so again unfortunately they have lost my custom”

“I have recently purchased a resized 18 carat gold emerald and diamond ring cost £1200 easy pays £250 a month. Ring thin band weighing less than advertised and no gold hallmark. Had a horrendous experience for two weeks now. Finally on the 18/7/2024 they sent me an email stating they would refund my postage and payment . Today after I didn’t see any refund in my account to be informed by an abrupt email. They were sending the dodgy ring back with the offer of a £50 voucher . This was a present to myself for my 70 th birthday. Disgraceful. Can you imagine if a customer withheld payment they would be over you like a rash. Well I’m not settling for this treatment . Need not bother about the resizing guff either”

“I think most of your products are good quality had a couple of bad one s but you sorted straight away . Your customer services and friendly and helpful . But I have 1 grime your pound auctions notied of late it appears a customer bidder???? is payng some outlandish prices sometimes alot more even double at the last minute to what yu advertise o your main site . Ive noticed one individual customer ???initials kk my mate and i started to screen shot a couple of mins generally prior auction finish thisn person who has the kk initial bidding silly prices ring wa son sale 29.95 last week the so called customer paid over 50 on the auction same with a moon ring today yesterday it paid 111pounds for something thats 49.95 on you r website a moonstone bubble ring . We have at least 50 examples of this on screen shot the last 2 days and were not looking all the while so it must bid on 100s thru the week . I f it a genuine customer ?????i doubt they are stupid enough to pay you these amounts as noticed the initials kk for months and if like me pre bidding i check price that was on tjc and decide i wont to bid , Customer services are looking into this as i emailed them not had a response as yet .So I updated trust pilot with todays findings so far same initial kk when we have a weeks worth we will send them interested parties”

“I sent parcel back through yodel as there was no return label. Yodel lost it. TJC keep saying I have to claim from yodel they say no TJC claims from yodel. I gave TJC tracking number. I need my money back. I’m being told you are taking more money out my account”

“Deliveries are a mess now. You ring up and customer care are useless, can't provide any answers and pass onto other teams to look into. They are very good at doing that to pass the buck. Tracking number if given will be wrong as happened with one of my orders, the other one should have been delivered by now and hasn't. I'd advise anyone buying gold to check the gold weight as I got a piece that well below the weight advertised. They want it back and want to refund so they can hide this fraudulent scam but I'm not having it. Customer care said rest assured they are made to the gold weights and they ignore plus lie to you. Promised supervisor call back never happens and if you do by some miracle get a call they are full of charm and smarm and tell you all sorts of bull excrement to placate you. I have now gone via Resolver and put a strongly worded complaint to the Director telling him what resolution I want for the underweight ring. Anyone ordering now has no chance of getting anything for Christmas because 3-5 days is now 2-3 weeks. They are not the same company since India took over and they do not value customer care. With the problems I've had this is too much and I'm done with them. They also mark orders as dispatched so they fool you that with that as well. When they have these x% off offers don't be fooled. They bump the prices up so that with the discount you think you are getting a bargain but they are selling at the previous price so are not making a loss.”

“Hi my name is Julie MacManus IV been with ijc coming up to 16 year 12 in sunderland and three in blyth this year has been a complete disaster I spent a lot and things are missing boxes are damaged taken up with tjc as it never happened in sunderland you get letter saying one half hear other on way in mean time I have bought more I bought chain an braclete chain was wrong one but no hold bracelet so I sent chain back with note saying you have wrong chain for £999 99 braclete thought was following nogold braclete went to Post Office as my parcels are damage things missing and tretaped down as it's not same as other boxes they say not there fault it's down to tjc then I get card saying items in blue dust bin nobody does that when it's out side to be emptied I bought one carat ring which tjc said delivered well day hurmes I got two little ones one with half carat rose gold and other with rose gold ring we're was third box she said only two that's two things that's not been seen I'm very concerned as things are missing or broken yes things that's broken nuwere is m jewellery going I informed police they came out to see me gave crime number as it was getting worse and it did I bought I think one carat Tanzanie stufs expensive but got little gold studs I couldn't remember buying another pair I was waiting for call again today they no I've spent a lot hear but more at my old address no phone call had to call them as VIP I feel I've been treated badly as I do like there thing for present for people and me I buy blankets for people on street who are homeless I feel I've been let down as item numbers for orders stop coming to phone what I bought bank today went threw all with me and not happy as you can see I bought please help to sort this out I can't give photos as they not on my phone”

“Poor quality gems and bad guality silver and gold mixed with other metals from India. Watch the netflix series. Total scam. Gems are heat treated and worth nothing. All jewellery and even clothes are made in India. Owned by Indians, and sold by Indians. Absolutely rubbish jewelry and clothes.”

“Giant fuchsias. ...the size of a 2p. A fern that was dead on arrival. 2 fans that wouldn't work after 2 weeks. A gemstone bracelet that was cz and stated it was made of brass. The reed diffusers had no smell at all. So much tat on here now.”

“Ordered a ring 27 May, CZ and emerald ring. Arrived and was ok, after 2 weeks of wearing occasionally a stone fallen out. Others have said this as well and stupid me took a chance. Won’t refund want to repair shoddy goods and return it back-this will be going back and forth like a yo-yo. Item is DW5008112. So just to warn you all, if your item is badly made you are screwed. Will never buy from them again.”

“The products are fine and good prices but the delivery is very poor. One month now since my order and I haven’t received it, all tickets get resposes but nothing to bring light where the parcel is, no tracking number or info with what courier is delivered. Orders above 400£ Disappointed 🙁”

“Would not recommend TJC. Both my orders are still awaiting despatch. Always told I will be updated in 72 hours but when 72 hours pass they ask for another 72 hours and before you know it, 2 weeks have passed.”

“The bracelet was ok (but slightly damaged). A few weeks later the bracelet was reduced by 30 percent. I wrote asking if I could have the discount and they did not even give me the courtesy of a reply. !!!!!”
