“We always use TNV Parts for any spares or parts we require and the service is first class from start to finish, there delivery service is fast but we sometimes collect from there warehouse and the warehouse are always friendly and cannot do enough to help you. As a business we do not normally write reviews but TNV have gone above and beyond for us over the last 12 months. Operations Director - Scenic Self Drive Hire”

“Unacceptable, purchased goods on the 5th, parts were to be delivered within 48hrs. Tracking number provided, tracked goods to Colchester at 17:08 on the 6th where they have been since according to the tracker. Date today 10th and still no parts. Contacted TNV on Friday, only to be told the parts are now in Grantham and will TRY deliver Monday the 11th. Totally unacceptable, if they can’t deliver within 48hrs as promised how do you trust them to deliver at all. In the meantime I am losing money as my van is off the road. Had to let my customers down on Monday due to my van still being off the road. I certainly will be thinking twice before doing business with them again. I should have gone with europarts even though they were more expensive, at least I would be back on the road. Invoice states shipping method …..EXPRESS what a joke!!!”

“5 stars from me, I sent emails to a lot of parts providers asking for help about a Ducato headlight, Simon at TnV not only replied but was incredibly helpful. Don't bother with the other moronic companies that can't be bothered to try and get your business, go to this company, good price and quick free delivery. Mark Anderson.”
