“The quality of the clothes are cheap, it was difficult to make a return and the return policy is poor. The policy states that it gives store credit for returns, but buyer beware, many of the items are "unreturnable". I paid for 2 day delivery and didn't receive any of my items within those 2 days. I still have an item that hasn't shipped over a week later. I will stick with more reliable online clothing stores from now on. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I found a sweater that is just OK. I might wear it around the house.”

“PLEASE fix it so that when you add an item to your cart, when you press the back button to continue browsing (no other way to do it unless you want to enter your filters all over again) that item doesn’t get taken out of your cart. This is the reason why I only bought two things. I would’ve bought more if I could just press the back button.”

“I was unable to print my return label. When selected it directed me to a "page error" message. Contacted customer service and they emailed saying they were unsure what order I needed a label for and I only had one order that was eligible for return, because it was with in the return period. Therefore the delay in obtaining a return label has been delayed in back and forth emails. I still don't have my return label.”

“Site loads slowly. Menu doesn't work on anything but the home page. Frustrating shopping process because of that. I'm on android phone.”

“So excited to try the new place but disappointed to report it as underwhelming. Cocktails good, oysters fine, steak + frites good but sticky pudding burnt which was pretty unforgivable as the replacement was equally black. Probably won’t matter as place packed on Sunday night but something not quite right.”
