"\u201cMy dining experience at Toby Carvery Moby Dick in Chadwell Heath this week was truly exceptional. From the moment we entered, the welcoming and attentive staff member made us feel right at home. The menu offered a delightful Carvery dinner at a reasonable price, the meats were expertly cooked by the wonderful polish staff member named Sylvia, I have been to the Toby on many occasions and can honestly say the food has VERY much improved since Sylvia is the one cooking. The side dishes were delicious and a great choice. Sylvia is very friendly, with excellent customer service skills, she is highly trained to make customers very welcome and is polite, attentive, and very passionate about her job, I can honestly say if she leaves, someone will have very big shoes to fill. I absolutely loved her. I will return much sooner than expected. The other hard working staff member is the young Neve, great customer service from her, very welcoming and hardworking, although she was rushed off her feet, she was still attentive to ALL her customers. I can honestly say, if the Toby employed more staff like SYLVIA & NEVE, the place would be the best in Romford. My mum was impressed with both the food and staff members. The only thing missing is a refurbishment, which is in the pipeline. Overall Staff customer service is 10\/10. Thank you, Sylvia & Neve, for my wonderful evening."
