11 days since order placed still hasn't been shipped. Customer service non-existent. 6 messages sent received 1 response saying sorry we are delayed. no additional information. not worth the marginally lower price. buy elsewhere

My son paid AU$550 for a new phone. After 3 weeks the status of the order did not change from processing. Constant emails sent with not reply, after 4 weeks we requested a refund. They actually replied to that email the same day and a refund was given. The phone we purchased was not even in stock! Absolutely terrible customer service, they should not be allowed to conduct business in Australia, STAY AWAY!

This is one of the worst customer support service that I have ever met.
They simply don't care about giving you support. They ignore your emails and when they decide to reply, the reply is a generic one that is sent to everybody. They don't tackle your problem and they don't even care.

I ordered a Samsung tablet on 6 th June 2020. Sent email 16th June asking whete is it. They replied, will be despatched shortly when finished packing. Obviously slow leaners! Still don't know when I am due to receive it. Won't deal with company again. No Service or info from them. Will keep you posted! TobyDeals sucks!

Ordered product 6 weeks ago. Still not shipped, wrote to their customer service twice for an update, no response. Now have to make a claim through my credit card company for a refund. I believe this company to be a scam, I would never order from them again.

Ordered a canon lens on 17/1/20. from Ireland, this arrived 10 days later, packaged very well and exactly what I had ordered,
100% service, no issues at all, and a great price, would recommend this company and will order again.
