“Y'all did it again.. Addressed the email to my deadname (I contacted you about this and was told you'd update it). Not a big deal but just wanted to let you know if you think it's fixed, it's not.”
“I absolutely love the fit and feel of the boyshorts. They are my go to. Unfortunately I find they get small holes and rip within a few months. They fit and coverage I get as a plus sized woman is worth it to continue to purchase them. I love that I can get a five pack and it’s already ready to go.”
“Normally give stars but... I don't even have this order yet! May need to recalibrate your auto review emails to align with DHL's exceedingly slow processing. I'm sure I'll love it, if I ever get it! Also, disappointed you stopped lining the boy short, cutting costs in sure.”
“I enjoy this company very much but must admit it is quite expensive for single pairs of underwear. I understand full clothes being expensive or your high quality swim suits (which I also have purchased and really enjoy). I know a lot of work and love goes into making your products inclusive and good quality, and it shows. I do enjoy receiving your items I do think they are great, but maybe the price of underwear could come down a bit? Or possibly 2 pairs for the price of 1?
Otherwise I think you make great products and I plan to be a customer as much as I can”
“almost always pleased with Tomboy X style and quality. I want the stitching between the waste band and the rest of the materials to be more robust, but stilll love the products.”
“After having a double mastectomy the compression bras were a life safer. Some survivors are plagued with either lymphedema or a feeling like they’re wearing a metal bra…weird I know, it’s the nerve endings. The “mastectomy industry” which is highly overpriced is not inclusive. Their bras do not go over a 48” band across the back leaving many of us out. It took me a long year of misery until this site popped up on my Facebook feed. Two issues, the band around the bottom seems to fray in the middle and although I am in the correct size it does ride up.,The other issue is shipping it takes a week from Seattle to NYC? In todays market of next day deliveries, a better system needs to be found. I agree with others, I find the patterns to be juvenile and prefer solids.”
“I think the quality of tomboy X is top notch. Their customer service is great and I like their wide selection of products. They just don’t sell bra and underwear they’re also expanding to sell pajamas and swimwear and casual clothes. In terms of underwear, I wish they would sell more solid colors instead of always focusing on prints. I would also like them to bring back the discount where if you buy three of something you automatically get a 15% discount. On the 6 inch boxer briefs, I wish they would get rid of the buttons on the fly. They’re a hassle and get caught in zippers of pants. It be nice if they had some with buttons and some without buttons. Finally I think a little bit less rainbow stuff would be good because it’s not just LGBTQ people and Supporters that buy this underwear and clothing.”
“I like the bras. The only thing I didn't really like is the fit. I typically wear a 1x. I ordered those and they were too small. So I returned and replaced with 2x. 2x definitely fits better, but there is still some cutting discomfort under my arms.
Overall, the return process was mostly easy and I appreciate that. I'm happy to see this sort of company that services my identity. The prices are on point with other companies, though I think prices for everything everywhere are too high. I also understand why that is. I am thankful this company does sales/clearance items to help make it affordable.”
“These are pretty darn comfortable and soft. Feels like you don't have undwear on. They really help with the chafing as well. I like that they are longer as that definitely helps so they don't chafe.”
