Because I was intending to tuck them under my belly, I used that measurement from my center back hip down to underneath there where it was going to sit. It worked out great. “I have a rather large chest, that I want to compress. These binders help with that, but it’s not quite as compressing as I like. I got 3 binders, a long one, a standard sized one, and an adjustable one. I really like the long and standard one, but the adjustable one irritates my skin on the straps and seams. overall though, I like them, and I recommend them for anyone with a smaller chest than a D cup.”

But, I feel like the sizing chart isn't quite accurate though. Whenever I buy "to my size," my clothes wind up baggy or so big I can't wear them. unfortunately, sizing down leaves my shoulders constricted some times. I wish TX had a line for those of us who love fitness. As a butch transbian/NB person, depending on the day, I love lifting weights, and find myself frustrated when I have to return things because the sizes don't run as true for muscular female-bodied people.”
