“I recently purchased a Fjallraven Sten Fleece Dark Olive zip up jumper. I purchased the Grey one about 2 years ago and it is a favourite so now i own 2 of them and very happy with the product and also the service, I got the jumper within a few days of ordering.”

“I've bought a lot of Snow Peak gear from Tom's Outdoors recently and the service has been exceptional, fast despatch and great to deal with, I've also called to add to my orders a couple of times the next morning and been able to add to my orders but you've got to be quick because they're so fast at packing and despatch that your order is on its way. Will definitely keep adding to my Snow Peak collection and buying through Tom's Outdoors1”

“I recently stopped at Toms to purchase a rain jacket and after trying a few managed to take the wrong size to the counter. Unfortunately we where at the Vic border before the mistake was realised, no problems though, a quick call to the store to organise the return paperwork and a stop at the next post office saw the exchange underway before we got home.
