“Living in central NSW I find that I live in icebreaker wool thermals for 6 months of the year... Icebreaker is by far the best... I have tried the rest, and for me the fit and durability of icebreaker makes it more than worth the cost. I am also really impressed with Toms outdoors... they seem to have fantastic prices at times, and they are always super quick with postage... (Compare this with a major retail chain that I purchased a jacket through - for some reason it had to be posted from Perth?? and took two weeks) Toms is far more reliable and personable. I even like their spam emails which feature NSW based outdoor adventure travels... Great stuff all round.”

“We all know we can get the same product from many different stores. But so few stores go above and beyond in their service. Toms allowed me to buy multiple sizes of an item and return the poorer fit with free return shipping. I even received the items express postage the day after ordering. They reply to emails within a day and are always so happy to help out. Really really appreciate it guys. You've won a customer for life.”

Recall Bob Dylan, Torana XU1, real hamburgers and milk-shakes? “My size wasn't in stock but no problems spoke to the staff and they ordered them in for me and had them in less than 2 weeks. The boots are a comfortable fit and didn't require any breaking in. So far they have been used in trap rock and basalt country on all day hikes and have performed wonderfully. I can't praise them enough, great fit, comfortable and light enough to wear all day but provide excellent support to feet and ankles. New test for them is the Victorian High Country. Big thanks to Chris and the team for all the assistance with my order and friendly service.”
