“I recently purchased an Osprey Atmos AG 65 pack. I was pretty sure this was the pack that would suit my needs based on my research. I wanted to try it on before purchase. The staff not only assisted me with fitting but filled the pack with stuffing to give me the opportunity to wear it with weight. I traipsed around the shop making adjustments until I felt comfortable. I was also able to compare similar packs. Incredible personal service to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.”

“We bought the Snow Peak Pack & Carry Fireplace Starter Kit to put in our camper van because it folds away so neatly. It's been awesome. We haven't had the chance to cook on it yet but as a fire place to sit around it is just the right size. Top quality kit. Heavy duty stainless and easy to clean and fold away. Delivery was quick and we especially liked the hand written note when we opened the box. Excellent customer service without a doubt..”
