When I have received each order the personalised note of whom it was packed by from Tom's Outdooes is a nice touch. “I drove down from Sydney to check out a pack raft for an upcoming trip. It was well worth the drive. The staff were fantastic. They were knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and willing to help me in any way I needed. They even pulled down the display raft off the wall to let me get acquainted with it. Recommend this shop 1000%.”
