“if anybody is planning in placing an order with them my best piece of advice is to think about it twice to avoid any problems”

“they are just pretending to be helping out the customer that is all that they do and nothing else,the truth of the fact,is that the customer is the one who is always losing out,the simple reason is that they have no intentions in refunding back the payment so they will stall on the customer until the customer eventually gives up and they keep the payment that is their MODUS OPERANDI”

“if a customer seeks help from them once the order has been placed,they will go on deaf ears and go round in circles pretending that they are going to help to shut up mouths when in fact they are not going to help”

“the products which they are selling through their website and through other channels as well are of very poor quality and are also not as advertised(also please beware of the bait and switch tactics being used which is illegal and is also a scam)what they are sending to the customer is garbage”

“what they are selling is very cheap stuff,possibly knock offs/counterfeits/fakes/defective(all of the products which they are selling have not been tested before sending it to the customer especially when talking about electronics,then to refund is a nightmare AS ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE ONLY ONE WAY)the only way to be able to get a refund is by contacting the bank and do a charge-back”

“they are NOT TO BE TRUSTED for payments,should something go wrong with orders they WILL JUST KEEP THE CUSTOMER'S PAYMENTS AND NOT GIVE THEM BACK(THEY WILL STALL AT THE TIME OF HAVING TO REFUND BACK)”

“if something happens to the orders placed through their website,the customer has no recourse whatsoever to recover the monies back except when contacting their respective banks to initiate a charge-back that is the only solution that there is”

“transactions ARE ONLY 1 WAY,meaning that if orders are received not as described/defective/or broken THERE IS NO REFUND meaning that the customer has to eat the total loss of 100%,so please beware”

“customers should take precautions to avoid any problems from happening,such as ask questions about the product in question and if in any doubt please do not place the order,even if they do tell to please place the order,just please don't as this poses a red flag,and in many instances the product is not in stock(and they use the bait and switch tactic)which is illegal because it is not what the customer is basically after,and then to get back the refund is another headache”
